These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Kabosu Tech Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website and/or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Services:
We provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to marketing strategy, content creation, advertising, and social media management. The scope of services and fees will be agreed upon in a separate written contract.
Payment Terms:
All fees for services are as agreed upon in writing. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in the contract. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Intellectual Property:
All materials, including but not limited to content, designs, and marketing materials, produced by Kabosu Tech Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kabosu Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement upon giving written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if you breach any of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
